Le Creuset Kitchen Sessions with Garden Manager Jeff Ross

Learn more about our truffle program at Blackberry Farm! This month our Le Creuset Kitchen Sessions actually steps out from behind the stove and into the fields where we celebrate the most coveted ingredient of the season: black Perigord truffles. This week's video shares the training techniques and breeding program of our Lagotti Romagnoli, aka "truffle dogs", that we use to hunt for truffles at nearby truffle orchards as well as preparing for our own program growth.
