Layers of Strawberries

Layers of Strawberries
3 cups of cut strawberries
1½ cups of sugar
2 cups of hot water
2 cups of Ice
1 cup of heavy whipping cream

In Sauce Pan combine 1 cup sugar, strawberries and hot water, heat for about 30 minutes. Strain through a silver strainer until strawberries look like mush, Discard the mush. Set 2 cups of strawberries juice a side Add ice to the remain juice. Take 1 cup of the strawberry juice and reduce it until it is thick syrup(strawberry syrup) , set that aside. With a wire whisk, whip heavy whipping cream and the remainder of the sugar until a thick constancy. Split in half. Fold in the 1 cup of the strawberry juice into 1 portion of the whipping cream (strawberry whip cream) . Now we start to layer. First the strawberry juice, then the strawberry whip cream, then the whip cream then we top it with the strawberry syrup into a spiral shape. Billy Johnson 3 cups of cut strawberries
