Carrot Orange Juice
Ingredients
• 1 cup of carrot juice
• 3 cups orange juice

Directions
First, prepare a cup of carrot juice. The best way is to juice thecarrots yourself. Peal the carrots and cut the ends off, then juiceuntil you get 1 cup of juice out of it. Then add the 3 cups of orangejuice (fresh squeezed is better because it still contains the pulp).

Kale Apple Cider
Ingredients
• 2 stalks of kale
• 6 cups apple cider

Directions
First, blanch the kale by removing the stalk, then heat for a fewseconds in boiling water. Take out immediately and put into to ice waterto shock the kale. After about five minutes, puree the kale with freshapple cider and strain through a strainer pour in a glass and serve.

Strawberry Beet Juice
Ingredients
• 1 pint of diced strawberries
• 1 medium sized cooked beet (diced)
• I table spoon of honey
• I pint of water

Directions
First, prepare a pint of water. In a pan put the water, beets andstrawberries. Cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes. Squeezethrough a strainer and add the table spoon of honey. It is better tochill the juice before you server it. This will help bring the sweetnessof the strawberries out and the earthiness of the beets.
