Holiday Cocktail #9: Noye's Nog
Noye's Nog
(Makes about 20, 5 ounce servings)
6 eggs separated
3/4 cup sugar
1 qt. Cream
1 pt. Milk
6oz. Jack Daniels
6 oz. Captain Morgan’s Spiced Rum
Nutmeg for grating
Beat egg yolks until they turn light in color, adding 1/2 cup of sugar as you beat. Add milk, cream and liquor. Then, beat egg whites and remaining sugar until peaks. Fold in whites to cream mixture. Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg.
