1/2 oz Apple Brandy
1/2 oz Apple Cider
1 Sugar Cube
Fee Bros. Gin Barrel Aged Orange Bitters
Cava
1 Long Corkscrew Lemon Twist
Soak the sugar cube in bitters and place in the bottom of an empty champagne flute. Add the brandy and cider first. Then, top off thecocktail with Cava. Garnish with a long corkscrew lemon twist.
