Holiday Cocktail #10: Blackberry Bumpkin

Blackberry Bumpkin

1 1/2 oz Blackberry Infused Vodka*
3/4 oz Pama Pomegranate Liqueur
3/4 oz Cointreau
splash of Roses Sweetened Lime Juice
1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
1 fresh blackberry

Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a fresh blackberry.

*Blackberry Infused Vodka – Dehydrate 15-20 blackberries. After dehydrated, add them to a bottle of Stoli Raspberry Vodka. Seal the vodka and let infuse for at least 7 days.
