Perfect for pumpkin season, this Fall cocktail from the Main House features a house-made pumpkin puree simple syrup that adds a festive touch of sweetness to balance the rye. Enjoy a seasonal sip from Blackberry Farm.
Ingredients
2 oz. pumpkin puree simple syrup*
1.5 oz. Amaretto
1 oz. lemon juice
.75 oz. Davidson Rye
1 egg white
To mix:
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin (no ice) and shake.
Now, add ice into the shaker and long shake once more.
Strain your cocktail into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
Garnish with crusted pepitas and cinnamon.
*Pumpkin Puree Simple Syrup
½ quart container of pumpkin
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
3 Tablespoons Lori’s Fall mix
1 cup sugar
Mix all ingredients together, add hot water and mix again to combine.
