Grilled Pimento Cheese with Pickles and Bacon Jam
Per sandwich
2 oz of Pimento Cheese
6 slices of Bread and Butter Pickles
1.5 Tbsp. of Bacon Jam
Softened butter
On one slice of your favorite bread spread the pimento cheese. Lay the pickle slices evenly on the cheese. Spread the bacon jam on the other slice ofbread to complete the sandwich. Next spread softened butter on one side of the sandwich and toast in a low-medium hot skillet. Repeat on the other sideuntil both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melty. Cool the sandwich for just a few minutes, cut and serve with your favorite chips or salad.
