Grilled Cheese Canape

Chef Josh Feathers has recreated the grilled cheese for this canapé!

Simply, take two slices of your favorite baguette and smear each piece with Apple Onion Jam. Then, place two quarter inch thick slices of farmstead wash rind cheese on the bread to make a sandwich. In a pan on medium heat, place a small drop of cooking oil and spread around the pan with a towel. Cook the sandwich on each side until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Cut and serve immediately.
