Gambrel Punch

Whether you are sitting in the Gambrel or at home you are sure to enjoy this winter cocktail.

  • 1oz Don Q rum
  • 1oz Water
  • 1oz Lillet Dram
  • .5oz Aperol
  • .25oz Cointreau
  • Splash OJ
  • 4 dashes Angostura Bitters

* lillet dram is a 1:1 ratio simple syrup with 1 oz lillet reserve added with the peels of three lemons left to soak.

Shake all and pour into beer glass top with Cava. Garnish with a Lemon peel.
