Fruity Popsicles

Check out this easy and fun way to cool down this summer. Fruity popsicles are a fresh way to get the kids involved in the kitchen as well!

Puree fresh fruit and measure out:
4 cups puree

Bring to a boil:
1 cup water

1 cup organic cane sugar

Stir puree into syrup and pour into popsicle forms. Freeze completely solid. Unmold by dipping in hot water.
