Fire Roasted

1.5oz Del Maguey Crema de Mezcal

.5oz Cazadores Silver tequila

.5oz Lemon Juice

6 mint leaves

1 bar spoon of Blackberry Farm Pepper Jam

A play on the Mint Julep but taking it up a notch with the use of a smoky mezcal and adding a little kick with our Blackberry Farm Pepper Jam.

Add all into shaker tin with ice and hard shake for 30 seconds. Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice and strain mixture into glass. Top with a mint top.
