Fire on the Mountain

With the colors changing here in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains, I couldn't help but to pay tribute to the area I come from. An old Appalachian saying goes, that you can always tell when fall has arrived because the colors of the leaves make it appear as if there is fire on the mountains. With blood orange vodka, Campari and a floral note from the St. Germain this cocktail is fall in a glass.

Fire on The Mountain (Spirit Stem)

• 1 oz. Charbay Blood Orange Vodka
  
• 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
  
• ¾ oz. Campari
  
• ¼ oz. St. Germain
  
• 2 sprigs of Parsley
  
• Shake and double strain into a spirit flute
  
• Garnish with a orange peel
