Fall Journeys
We often think of Fall as a season of change, but it can also bring clarity. As the leaves fall, open space is revealed—space to welcome the warm sun and cooling breeze and to embrace moments of stillness. In them, we can find time to answer the question, “What do I need?”
Is my body craving nourishment? Often, we can target physical and psychological needs with nutrition and nourishment. You may be craving the vitamins and energy from fresh vegetables and fruit or the comfort of savoring a warm soup. Listen to your body and let yourself enjoy the nourishment you need.
Customize a cup of warm tea with helpful herbs and tinctures to target specific needs. Simply add a few drops to your cup and enjoy.
Do I need to rest from a fast-paced life? Mindfulness practices help us remember to slow down and take time to be present in the moment. Whether it’s journaling, meditation, yoga or even running, it’s important to figure out what helps you feel grounded.

Do I need to challenge myself? Shake yourself out of your normal routine and get your heart pumping. Try a new exercise class, go on a brisk Fall hike, or push past your fastest time on your run. Conquering new challenges is one of the best ways to find self-motivation and inspiration to continue exploring new opportunities.
