Fall in the Smokies

Featuring maple, apple and warming spices, paired with a little effervescent from cava and a smokey note from mezcal, the Fall in the Smokies cocktail from Three Sisters is inspired by the flavors of the season.

Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. Fidencio Mezcal
½ oz. Mi Casa Repsado Tequila
½ oz. Yellow Chartreuse
¼ oz. Maple Syrup
¾ oz. Lemon
1 oz. Apple Juice
1 dash Maple Aromatic Bitters
Splash of Cava

Add all of the ingredients together into a shaker, and shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Top with a splash of cava, and garnish with an apple slice fanned on a skewer for a fun finish. Cheers!
