Fall Firetower Beverages

Head Mixologist at the Firetower, Chelsea Edwards, shares three new Fall beverages that will help you get excited for staying in on chilly evenings. The 24 Carrot, Mountain Cider and Foraged Spice garnished with Staghorn Sumac are the perfect at-home drinks to keep you warm this Fall.

24 Carrot

  • 2 oz Carrot Juice
  • 1 oz High West Double Rye!
  • 0.5 oz Orange Tarragon
  • 0.5 oz Cynar
  • 0.5 oz Lemon
  • Egg White
  • Dry shake, and then wet shake.

Double strain into a coupe. Finish it off by garnishing this cocktail with two dashes of Angostura bitters and carrot powder over the Firetower logo.

Mountain Cider

  • 2.5 oz Chai Spiced Apple Juice
  • 1 oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • 0.75 oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice

Shake hard and strain over new ice in a highball glass. Follow up by garnishing with a dehydrated apple wheel.

Foraged Spice

  • 1 oz Sumac Shrub
  • 0.75 oz Seeplip 42 (Spice)
  • 2 oz Chai Spiced Apple Juice
  • 2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
  • 2 Dashes of Cranberry Bitters
  • 4 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Build in a highball glass. Top with Mediterranean Tonic Water and garnish with an orange smile.
