Dream Wines

I’m pretty lucky in that I get to realize a number of my personal wine dreams from getting to taste amazing wines to travelling to wine destinations.So for me, big wine dreams this year are about sharing my passion for wine with the people around me. I’m headed to two wine destinations thisFebruary and I’m excited about both. First, I am going to Sonoma with my wife (vacations for us tend to involve our passions for either foodand wine or horse shows). I am hoping to share with her some parts of the rugged Sonoma area that captured my attention and delight when Ispent time there for an event a few years ago on a trip that changed my view of that region. I’m also getting to attend TexSom InterationalWine Awards as a guest sommelier. In that role, I will work with a number of others in the industry and taste an amazing array of wines andin doing so I hope to make new wine friends and learn more about the world of wine in which we live.
