  • 1.5 oz St. George Dry Rye Gin
  • 1.5 oz Red oz tea and ginger syrup
  • .5oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 dashes Peychauds Bitters

The Deep Roots focuses on showcases flavors of spring by highlighting botanicals with fresh and bright flavors.

To make the Red oz tea and ginger syrup steep 5 slices of ginger, two bags of Red Oz tea from serendipity tea company, 1/2 cup white sugar and 2 cups of boiling water. Allow the mixture to step until water is cold and then strain of the tea bags and ginger.

Add all ingredients to shaker tin with ice and shake for 45 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and Garnish with candied ginger.
