Cooking Demos with the Artisans

Our artisans David Rule, Jeff Ross, and Shannon Walker detail what people may not know about their cooking demo! Most days the produce is picked from thegarden within an hour of the demo starting, and menus are formed with “to the moment” special ingredients, making the meal as fresh as possible. Each demofeatures and pairs a wine from the cellar or beer from the brewery! The meals are not only delicious, but the demo also offers behind the scenes look atthe products that are produced in the larder. You’ll leave the session with basic and advanced techniques that can be utilized in the kitchen at home!
