Charbay Cherry Limeade

June 30, 2014
Charbay Cherry Limeade

Summer’s signature warm weather is officially here. As the temperatures rise, it is important to know how to best beat the heat. An afternoon wade out in the cool stream waters while fly fishing or relaxing under the shade of an old tree is a good start. Adding the right cocktail can only improve upon some of this season’s favorite pastimes. So, the Charbay Cherry Limeade was created. Cherries from our garden make a syrup that is both sweet and refreshing. The Charbay Key Lime Vodka compliments our homemade sour mix, which incorporates a farmstead egg white to create a light and frothy texture. Shaken, the chilled, refreshing, creation is then served in a tall glass filled with ice. Sparkling water adds a fun bubbly effect that completes this summertime favorite.
