The perfect cocktail for spring nights!
2oz Pimms formula Elderflower and blackberry infused 1oz Blackberry Syrup
.5 oz Lemon juice
.5oz Tanqueray Gin
.25oz Cointreau
2 dashes Orange Bitters
To make the Blackberry Syrup take 6 containers of fresh blackberries and add to a stock pot with 4 cups of hot water and 1 3/4 cup white sugar. Place on stove over med low heat, stirring occasionally for about an hour and a half. The contents should reduce by a quarter and then fine strain the product. What should be left is a deep purple syrup.
Inspired by the traditional Pimms cup but packed with more flavor. The infused Pimms has a floral and sweetened punch which the rest of the cocktail flavors showcase.
Combine all in Shaker tin with ice, hard shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a highball Collins glass filled with ice.
