Blackberry Lemonade

June 8, 2018
Blackberry Lemonade

The Main House is taking a basic lemonade recipe and transforming it into seasonal treats for Summer! Each afternoon they choose a fresh lemonade infusion to offer guests as a bright, semi-sweet sip to put the cherry – or lemon – on top of a great day at the Farm.

The idea for these beverages is showing off fresh infusions for the season. No sugar is added, to really allow the bright flavors to shine, but you can sweeten to your liking!

First, mix up a simple, lower-sugar housemade lemonade. Juice fresh blackberries and strain the juice. Mix the blackberry juice with the lemonade, serve over ice and garnish with a berry, lemon wheel and fresh mint leaf. Cheers!

From the Sommelier: Top this mixture with cava for a refreshing Summer cocktail.
