Blackberry Bumpkin

The Blackberry Bumpkin is a longtime signature cocktail of Blackberry Farm. In the last year, the Main House bar has slightly revamped this beloved Blackberry mix, and they are putting a spotlight on this classic. This cocktail is easy to recreate, bringing Blackberry Farm flavor to you no matter where you are.

1 ½ oz. Blackberry-infused Stoli Raspberry
¾ oz. PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
¾ oz. Cointreau
½ oz. cranberry juice
Squeeze of fresh lime

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin. Shake and strain into a martini or coupe glass. Garnish with a fresh blackberry.

To infuse the Stoli Vodka:
Dehyrdate fresh blackberries in an oven at its lowest setting overnight. Add 10 dried blackberries to a liter of the vodka, and allow it to sit for at least three days—preferably for a week.
