Bitter Cold Weather
  • 1oz of Hat Trick Barrel Rested Gin
  • 1oz Damilano Barolo Chinato
  • 3 Drops Hibiscus Water
  • 1oz Lillet Blanc
  • Bar Cracked Ice
  • Candied Orange Peel

In a martini pitcher or cocktail shaker add 1 scoop of ice. Next, add Gin, Chinato, Hibiscus Water and Lillet. Stir the mixture for 45 seconds. In a clean side-towel, crack a large handful of ice and put into a chilled old fashioned or rocks glass. Pour the contents of the martini pitcher over the ice slowly. Garnish with candied orange peel.
