Billy's Beverage: Virgin Bloody Mary
During the month of August and in the middle of tomato season is the perfect time to sit outside and drink a virgin bloody mary!
(makes 12-16 drinks)
1 64oz can. tomato juice
2 dashes angostura bitters
10 dashes Worcestershire sauce
20 dashes tabasco sauce
3 oz. fresh lemon juice
2 oz. fresh lime juice
3 bar spoons full of horseradish
Kosher salt to taste
Fresh ground black pepper, coarse grinds, to taste
Stir all ingredients together and garnish with a celery stalk, olive and lime wedge.
