Billy's Beverage for October is Apple Cider
Fall is in the air and there is nothing better in the morning than fresh squeezed apple cider.

1 Bag of Arkansas Black Apples
1 Bag of Fuji or McIntosh apples
1 Bag Of Crispin Apples
Large Galvanized tub filled with water
Cider Press or juicer

To start, take all the apples and put them in a huge galvanized tub of water so the apples soak for an hour. Then either using a cider press or a juicer, slowly juice. Then, serve in a glass and garnish with an apple. For hot apple cider add the following:

1 orange cut in half
2 cinnamon sticks
3 or 4 pieces of all spice

Heat over the stove for about 20-30 minutes. Serve in a Irish mug. Try using a cinnamon stick instead of a spoon to stir with, it adds flavor and style at the same time.
