Between the Bun

Benton’s Bacon Smoked Onion Sliders
Featuring burger patties wrapped with Hickory Smoked Bacon, this bite of heaven encapsulates all the smoky flavors of the grill. To serve, spread Brebis on the inside of a toasted roll and add a dollop of Smoked Onion Jam, made from sweet Georgia Vidalia onions; it’s a perfect combination of smoky and sweet.
Aged Pimento Cheese Stuffed Bread & Butter Burger
Add a hearty helping of our Aged Cheddar Pimento Cheese between two juicy beef patties, top with our Bread and Butter Pickles, serve on a toasted brioche burger bun and you’ve got a cheeseburger that is out of this world!
Tennessee Chow Chow Dog
Take your hot dog toppings to another level with our Tennessee Chow Chow, a relish of cabbage, peppers and onions. Add a squirt of our Sweet Hot Mustard and enjoy!
For our Sweet Hot Mustard, combine 2 cups Dijon mustard, 1 cup pommery mustard, ¼ cup apple cider vinegar, 1 cup packed brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon Frank’s Hot Sauce and refrigerate.
