Need the perfect cocktail for your holiday party? Try our Barrel Roll!

  • 1.5oz Bristow Gin
  • .5 oz Cointreau
  • .25oz Lemon Juice
  • 5 dashes Apple Bitters
  • 1 Egg White
  • Splash Simple syrup

Add everything into shaker tin, Hard shake without ice to whip egg white. Add ice and shake til cold. Strain into martini and garnish with crème de cassis Bourgogne.
