Apples and Amaretto

The Dogwood Beverage team is celebrating Fall flavor with their Apples and Amaretto cocktail. Combining bourbon and apple cider, it’s the perfect Autumn sip.

Ingredients:
2 oz. amaretto
1 oz. apple cider
1 oz. lemon juice
.75 oz. Bowman Brothers Small Batch Bourbon
1 egg white
2 dashes Angostura bitters

To make:
First, dry shake (shake with no ice) all ingredients together.
Add ice to your shaker, and shake again with ice.
Strain into your glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with an apple slice and cherry on a pick.
